大家好！！我是纪鹏，我现在在荷兰学习爵士大贝司，上周10月18 日我看了Marcus Miller 的现场及10月23 号晚 我看了Vicrot wooten band的现场 Live in De oosport ,Groningen ,Netherlands，我先谈一下Victor wooten 的现场，整体感觉就是Groovey和Show .这次演出的阵容都是Wooten一家，都是他的兄弟，吉他手是他的哥哥Gegi Wooten ，Victor称作老师，也就是2002 bass day上的吉他手，很善于funky 吉他。第二贝司是Anthony Wooten,主要作用是当Victor 弹solo时，他做一些基本的groove.当Victor弹groove 时他基本就是休息，其实他没弹几个曲子，但他唱的不错。其它的就是鼓手，键盘及歌手，还有一个小女孩也就是在bass day上的大家看到的小女孩。演出一开始第一曲子就是My mane is Victor, 之后又有几只曲子，感觉就是在纽约的黑人说唱俱乐部。一般都是Vicrot弹的solo。像他的其他演出一样他肯定会他一大段solo还有Amazing Grace这次也不例外，还以一如既往的用Loop station.具体说技术还是那末流畅，在我看来跟2002年的bass day上基本没区别，但5年过去了，基本没变化。音乐上一如既往的纽约黑人的音乐，其实更像是舞曲，类似于James Brown.而且他还弹了1999 bass day上的曲子（都8年了）。但这次印象比较深的是他用了一把琴颈上有灯的一把蝴蝶，但跟别的琴颈上有灯的琴不同的是，灯不是一直亮着的，而是触摸式的，当手指接触琴颈是才会亮。整体感觉演出就是Show.

但谈到Marcus Miller band 的演出，音乐性就更有深度，不是那没多的solo，但当他的功能在Rhythm section上时，每个音都有一定意义，真的是巨Groovey。同时跟他合作的音乐家们也有直接的关系，Poogie Bell on drums, Patches Stewart on trumpet, Keith Anderson on sax, Bobby Sparks on keyboards, and Gregoire Maret on harmonica. 大家有时间可以从Google上查一下这些音乐家，绝对都是一线。在这里特别提一下Patches Stewart,绝对地大师。他的小号solo从节奏到和声上，都相当完美，特别是当他吹Miles 名曲TU TU时，闭上眼就是Miles。大家都知道Marcus跟Miles Davis合作将近20年，所以在他的音乐里可以很明现发现Miles后期作品的影子。

总体相比之下两个贝司大师的现场，简单的说，想跳舞及手指技术的去看Victor Wooten 的现场，Marcus Miller 的现场则相对更有深度。

还有下个月我会看两个演出一个是Mike stern with Anthony Jackson and Dannis chambers,另一个是Jack DeJohnette－The Ripple Effect到时候我会再分享一些体会和大家。
